Yeah, turns out I missed the top left spot, the final spirit was there all along but I remember opening it before and finding an evil spirit.

I have tried all the locations and have seen previous forums aswell but I cannot find the last spirit... Please help

My budew isnt evolving aswell, i tried maximizing its happiness during 10 to 20 hour of the pokeday and making it faint and maximizing it again but still no luck... Please help... I even leveled it up aswell...
