Sorry but according to this rule I believe what i have mentioned is not wrong and it applies to auction as well and ig it counts as an agreement because before taking bids i have mentioned to players to check all the details in of auction This rule does not apply when there is an explicit written agreement between the buyer and seller about who will transfer to honour the deal.
