Dankbread

Hello, I have been running into an issue when I try to launch the game where a fatal error pops up and tells me that "il2ccp" has failed to load. I have tried downloading the game multiple times through multiple methods, and I even had a friend who can get into the game email me a copy of their files. I am not sure what I am doing wrong, and any help would be greatly appreciated.
