I can't log in. I keep getting a 'The server is currently in maintenance mode' How long is this going to last?

So I got the nocturnal feather on Rte 16, went to give it to the guy, and didn't have it? Tried using thief and covet on more Pidgeotto on 16 and can't get it? What gives?

Are there any older players here? 30s etc...?

I am on a 64 bit Acer windows laptop. I cant seem to get anywhere after downloading. What am I doing wrong?
