i can't believe this

My Mount/Coins are still missing from my account on the Silver Server, I would greatly appreciate some help.

I had a forum post about my missing Valentine Gengar mount/Coins from before the crash (Silver Server) and it's been over an hour after I got a response and it's still missing, I would appreciate some help please.

Not to be a bother but is there an eta on when they would show up? It appears they're still missing.

I bought a Valentine Gengar mount before the server crashed and when it came back up, I found that the mount and the coins I spent are missing.
