Hello everyone, I am a world-renowned scientist and I want to create a petition for free use of sentient/conscious species. everyone knows orcs, elves, goblins, these races were created by an audiovisual or literary work, today anyone can include them in games or their own literature, if we approve the inclusion of this cultural law, then Pokémon would not be an exception, I am the owner of the copyright of this project and I intend to improve it and expand it to fictional regions/locations.

The rights to use races and ethnicities are not extended to:
- Exclusive characters with their own names.
- Commercial use on packaging or advertisements.
This allows for the diversification of species in various works, ensuring the use of something that many writers, developers and content creators already did, which is the use of races or ethnicities created by other people to enrich culture and also promote them.
Obviously I will extend some rules such as the need to present the copyright owner in projects that use species from these creators.
