Description and Message Hi, I was just wondering if you could help, Gardevoir is meant to learn Moonblast at level 62 (oras) and 85 (x and y) but when i try to relearn the move vi\ the move tutor it doesn't show up as a relearning option is this meant to be like this or a glitch?
