Welp cant fight E4 again nor relogging on top of mt summit helped... Can anyone help me ?

I already won both E4 just wondering because after i lost at the Summit he said "One day you'll find me again you fought well" and poof gone lol ... so im scared i lost for good now because i tought like every other NPC/E4 he would reset after 24 hours -_-

I lost to him and hes gone forever now ? Or where can i find him now ?

I mean i spent over 100k already on the safari lol still got to see one :(
