Nothing can be done at all?!

I went to live chat, help chat, forums for info, FAQ, and tried to contact an admin however I can Description and Message about 3 minutes before servers went offline I found a Shinx on Route 1 FINALLY after searching for hours with my membership and what not, caught it, ran up to the pokemon center to heal up and the severs crashed. Then after they came back up it had backed me up all the way to before I had even found the shinx so now I don't have it and that's like HOURS wasted :/ I would really like my shinx back please. :Frown: :Shocked: :Question:

Yeah I mean obviously everyone who wants to play isn't happy about servers being down but you won't get anything done about it. Just check up here for people to say servers are working again or try periodically throughout the day. However, having paid for the membership and this being such a common issue, I would hope the admins or someone would do something about an extension of the memberships seeing as we are unable to put them to any use and it's not our fault :Frown:
