When the server goes down with no communication, it has crashed, so noone knows how much time it will take to get back online. Oh yeah, have been playing different games also some in their beta but this is lack of information never happened. it is al little disappointing.

The annoying thing is that you don't get any information whats happening. Maybe they also don't know whats happening.
