Hey, I could of capture suicine after i done the guardian battle but some how the poke died (perhaps of old age) :'( Is it possible to try and capture the legendary poke if i wait and defeat the guardian again?

Hey. I just leveled up my piloswine (it has ancient power). However it didnt evolve and it is level 100 as piloswine. I really would like my piloswine to evolve into mamomswine. I had all the necessary requirements to evolve. Please help me. Thank you.
