Hey, my friend recently started playing, but he started on blue not knowing there are differnet servers. My main prorgress is on Red and even tho i tried starting over on blue i lost my motivation rly soon. would it be possible to put the Progress i made on the Red Server on the Blue Server? Im on the Red servers, currently at victory road / top 4 center

If i would record the trade and the trade back and he wouldnt give me back the gengar, would the video get him any kind of banned or get me the gengar back? Or would a video be useless?
