Mind reader-Dynamic punch combo doesn't work

well shoot i paid 2k for the move reminder to teach it to me :( -
Just like title says. I'll use mind reader with poliwrath, and dynamic punch can still miss. Mind reader doesn't seem to affect the accuracy of the move at all
