Hi folks I just got my Eevee from that police officer and I'm planning to evolve it to Espeon as quickly as possible. Is there a special way to do so? I'm aware that it has to be daytime but I already have a Budew Lv. 45 and it still hasn't evolved to Roselia. I don't have a clue where to get soothe bell either :Frown:
