when i go to sinnoh my player location it gets stuck in the middle of the map and i cand see where i am

when I move TO sinnoh my player lock in the middle of the map, and also now when I tried to logging the app stops. i was in sinnoh safari and when i move to another side my player froze

i was playing the game and i was fighting in the ghost tower with the last team member of the team rocket and my account got log out and now i cant log in. i have a membership and everything going well i need this to be fix so i can play
