I believe when when 2 pokemon in your party have Synchronize, synchronize does not occur. This is from a 10 sample test, 2 pokemon had Sync(1 in first spot), and I got 0/10 Sync'd. 1 pokemon had Sync, and I got 6/10. 0/10 is a 00.01%. So, I guess it could be correct, but HIGHLY unlikely. Please look into it.
