hello there was an error, I was doing the heatrean quest when the npc level up my Gyarados which had it to LVL 60. But when I battle the npc they raise me 2 levels.

I accidentally released my raichu lvl 97, I dont have the ID but the moves that raichu had were thunderbolt, dig, flash and thunder. It had static for ability. I bought it about two months. I wish the staff can help me :(
