my "alvarops" account was banned for fraud, but there is no report for that and neither wanted to, if I banned another account for that reason but for that if I deserved it, but with my own current alvarops not and broken any rules and game master told me "There is no ban Placed on the username" alvarops ". but my account is still ban. Please I need help.
