Up Help i can't play :'(

I did everything correctly but still doesn't work :/

Hello, i hope someone can help me. First, sorry for my english, i'm french baguette. When i want to reset my password with my other account, everything works normally until i log in. The message say wrong password whereas i have changed it like 10sec earlier. I really hope the support can help me. If you need more information tell me and i'll give them. Thank you. -Ninouzeer
