Yes I have tried both of those, but I still have this problem

For some reason my game seems to launch in the wrong colours; <see attachment> I've gone a little further into character creation and the problem seems to persist. I've tried updating drivers, checking firewall and downloading the game fully again multiple times, and still this happens. Does anyone know what's going on with this?
