Have you tried logging in on another device? If so, do you have the same issue?
Also, have you tried redownloading the whole game?
Delete all the past PRO clients and folders you might have in your device, including the temporary files, and even from the trashbin, before you download the new client.

The last time I've logged onto PRO was a few months ago on my phone. Recently however, my phone has died and I felt like playing PRO again, so I downloaded it on my laptop which leads us to my current situation (I haven't logged successfully even once on my laptop so far).
I'll try to test it on another device, but that may take some time as I don't have another computer or a phone atm...
