    I really do thank you for making it better, and banning those who need it. I can understand you being very busy, but I can only ask, what is the average age of the people you ban etc? I know its a weird question, but if you ever get back to me, It happened to be odler people back in PWO.

    There is no possible way for me to actually check what is the age of players unless they have put up the information to public view. Nor is it ethical for me to make such a generalization.

     

    ^ I think you'll find very little correlation between age and behavior when it comes to online gaming. Because I have seen more than enough adults act like children and vice versa.

    Best course of action would be to report players whom you think as toxic in behaviour, or simply ignore them. Though i'd advice reporting so we could "clean up" :)<e>

    And I always take offensiveness with a grain of salt, because I'm just not that sensitive, what REALLY ticked me off was the player that left because of another's comments...Thats it.<br/>

    I witnessed about four new players ask for help in the help chat and get told they were trash, and to stop asking. Now, I figured that it was just a bad player, in a good bunch, but others chimed in, so I just closed it and decided to message the guy and help myself. It was a simple question, and I just couldn't believe the sheer amount of hate he got, and later on he messaged me back after we were done talking and told me he was just going to find another MMO to play, because of the rude players themselves.

     

    I just don't want new players to let that cater them away from the game.

    155378 Hi, just started playing today. The community and staff ingame were really helpful and I actually learned alot about iv's, ev's and training pokemon from 2 hours than I have over the years of casually playing from just talking to people in chat. Was playing on blue server but seems to be down for now. Anyway, nice to be here. Also, I'm having trouble getting an avatar for my profile, if someone could better explain how I can that'd be great. Whenever I try to click on avatar type in edit avatar it doesn't let me see the options. Not sure if this is because I'm new here or not.

    Recommended Pokemon for PVP and PVE Early on?

    154482 I recommend you complete the story before building pvp teams. You'll need pokemon to sync the correct natures and likely a large amount of money for pokeballs, not to mention the ability to ev train in places you won't have access to.     I'm donating fourty dollars to the staff and grabbing member ship as well as other cosmetics so I don't think I need to worry about places I can't access. Also, thanks for the tip. I'll focus on story pokes at the moment.

    What he means by not access to, is if you don't complete the story, you won't be able to get to the best ev training hotspots for you to train pvp pokemon

    154117 Hey man welcome to the PRO community!

     

    I saw that incident too about someone talking about that subject. The community is helpful but the reality is like every game like League you'll always have sensitive people, I've ran into a few toxic individuals as well on my time in PRO. It's like any other community/game just how it always goes but it doesn't mean it should ruin your experience my friend, enjoy the game itself and what it has vastly to offer!

     

    It's honestly just how people are, and another unfortunate rule is to keep it "PG". So try not to curse as much while talking, people even make a big deal about it in PMs when you're not even directing it towards them and casually saying it, just watch out for certain things, simple stuff. I tend to curse a lot and I can tell you too just don't do it, people are gonna throw a fit about it and it's a bannable offense in the game that people will report you for.

     

    It's just how it goes, put money into the game if you really like it as I have too but just watch out what you do in the community as it can be taken the wrong way very easily by many individuals! Enjoy your time on PRO it's a fun variation of an MMO in a Pokemon game and the staff work very hard to bring it to us on their spare time for free.

     

    Yeah, I appreciated Shane's work back at PWO, and I definitely enjoy it now. I am definitely going to put about thirty bucks towards their work and donate, because so far, this game is pretty damn smooth. The servers go offline a lot, but thats to be expected. Thank you for responding!

    Thank you all for the welcome. I noticed through the first half hour I've been playing, those outfits are hilarious. I'd love to spend some money on the Mudkip costume when I get paid...I'm seventeen so I'm at the will of nursing school and a part time job x_x

     

    People are also very touchy. Somebody was in chat that didn't appreciate my name, telling me that fat people sucked, and then three other people wanted to ban him, I mean, holy crap. Thats some touchy people. I don't give two shits, but I mean, is the community normally that sensitive?

    153552 Hello i am tstuart and i have been on this game since then end of march but the community is helpful and it world wide :Grin: and good in fact it severs are full of people. So on some days it may take longer then usely to log in or the sever is down /restarting but once that out of the way when you start your have 4 Pokemon to choose form and more you can capture more with your poke balls once you can leave the area .The way your leave is when you try and capture a already captured a Pokemon but make sure to farm up you Pokemon for when you come up agents gem leaders like misty or brock your need to make sure you ready.Other wise your end up in the Pokemon center a lot as the resolute.Once you pass the SS Anne you be in a good spot to use both dig and cut which allows you to use short cuts in the game.But right now i am in red your find that i have mostly lvl 30 pokemon or above in my group and that iam in all green with dark green hair.Well have fun the way you want in the game and if you get stuck ask or go searching on you tube for what to do next base off of the town you in in the game.

    Hey there PRO Community! I have been a longtime supporter and player of Pokemon World Online, but as to how its going right now, I thought it was time to switch over and try out PRO.

     

    I've played Pokemon for a very long time, and have been looking forward to a few new mmo's and recently being addicted to Mortal Kombat X and Anime.

     

    So, a few basic things, I enjoy video games, t.v shows like supernatural, walking dead, and anime, I enjoy listening to OST from Destiny, Pokemon, Zelda etc.

     

    I have played PWO since 2008 but its time for PRO. How is the game/community, and how are you guys?

     

    I'm a 320 lbs tub of fun on a diet. Seriously though, you guys have to have a funny story in there somewhere. How is your life going?
