how can i put the images from my pc here?

I caught dratini kangaskan and chansey and when i speak to him i click on dratini and he rights kangaskan and chansey and then he ask me if i am sure that i caugt all three.All three they say OT Trecera. Why is this happening? Why he is not giving me the mount?
