this seems like a suggestion , you can put it in suggestion section.

You can basically go to menu > options > key binding , there you will find a little box you can click on it to allow controller , after you can change the buttons to joystick button and have fun :Smile:

you can basically see the reason of why you can't connect , as they say user already logged in , it means that you have to wait untill server reboot , you can see the server status here

er a BETA which means bug crash lag can happend at any time and anywhere,unless its by accident and u got ID of poke u have a chance. EDIT

i have finish all quest christmas but havent item "Xmas hat-bear",i mean is bugged,if possibile give me back ty very much.
Unfortunately , staffs cannot give stuff that didn't received cause of a glitch or bug , just keep in mind game is still under BETA which means the game is still under development. Crashes and bugs are expected to happen any moment. sorry for any inconvinence
