Sorry if this is in the wrong forum: I have checked 4 of the 5 places for the subway quest, the last place I need to check is victory road, however when I try to get there, two guards block me and say I need all 8 badges?? Is there another way in?

Today, when I tried to log in, it did the usual "connecting to server", and "logging in", but after that the "logging in" faded, and I did not log in. Ive tried redownloading the app, but still no progress. I am on a windows laptop.
