I followed a guide and found three secret bases and beat the thief guys, but the old couple still won't tell me about the shady mayor's assistant so i can't continue the quest. the guide was outdated so i had to talk to zach and the girl is all.

i also found three, i think its bugged because everyone saying the old couple supposed to tell me the mayors assistant is suspicious but they won't! I solved it had to talk to hiker zach then the girl and found the 4th base.

I heard some easter forms have chromas available, i have a easter spinda i heard can get chroma for but where do i go and what do i need to do it? its the blacksmith next to breezy pc, I figured it all out can close.
