Is it still possible to access to Meteor Falls B1F 2R to catch bagon? I couldn't find a way to get there from 1F 1R where the entrances are. It would be great if someone can show me the path to get there if possible!

What have you already tried to solve the problem? Description and Message Paralyze effect isn't working sometimes. The paralyzed pokemon still attacks first. (Both enemy or my own pokemon, and just using normal moves not those like quick attack)
