HI ppl my nick is EmZed and i'm stuck in Goldenrod city, my letter for the policeman has disappeared after a crash(while i was giving him teh letter) and now I cannot give him the letter anymore, can you help me solve?

the fact is that i can't find the letter in any place anymore and that policeman still says that i need to take out the letter from spearow

I gave the spearow's letter to the policeman in goldenrod but it crashed and when i opened it i couldn't fint it anymore and the policeman didn't go away... pls help me I cannot go on with the story my name is EmZed96

What have you done before the problem was there?
I was in goldenrod and while speaking to the cop to give him the spearow's letter my game crashed and when i opened again the game, the cop said that i should take out the letter from the Spearow but it hhas no leter and even in my bag there is nothing... i tried to get another one buthe couple of cops don't give me any? what can i do?

i'm in the rockt's hidehout and i need to beat giovanni but the elevator is not working.
What have you already tried to solve the problem?
I chenllenged the supervisor and the scientist with the five eevee evolutions and when i wanted to go to giovanni's floor the elevator didn't work anymore
