I cant understand why Trainer need to be this low in lvl? I just got in the area behind Norman(5. Badge hoenn) i trained until i got lvl 46 and the first trainer i meet after surfing got a lvl 29 smth. Why i need to oneshot every trainer? this is plain boring. if you need to reduce xp to increase sells for xp boosts i can understand this but trainers would improve this? you would grind to just go on in story; with wild pokemon. I think this is a highly bad decision; or are is there some other reason i cant see?

They dont have nicknames and i wanted to release my own that has been lvl 15 then released the one that was lvl5. It had a moonstone in hands that i havw not moved too. Deleted it with the moonstone. Is there a way to undelete it? I would be grateful if its possible.
