after i beat giovani gym(virdian city) i try to go out from the gym and then this happen... i already try /ref,log out,restart client but still cant move and i also didnt bring any escape rope please help me Nickname:Appolon

i was just logged in around 4/5 hours ago then my pc got bluescreen..then after i try to login again into the game it says that my account already logged in.. seems like my account stuck or something like that in PRO server can any staff help me about this problem please? thanks
