Do you have the exe file and the PRO32_94_3_Data folder side by side in the same folder? ya but it says I don't?!?

I try to run game and it says There should be 'PRO32_94_3_Data' folder next to the executable I downloaded windows 32 bit on a windows 8 computer any help or suggestions :Question: :thanks:
