No problem if i need to play again but i can't with those pokemons locked in my team

Hi, I've returned to play after a few years. When i logged in Gold, i was at the beggining, when you first meet professor Oak but with my old pokemons already, and all the money. Two pokemons in my team were from Johto, so now i can't put them in PC or change the order of these two pokemons. Anyone can help me? I'll need to play again those regions (Kanto and Johto)? Thanks a lot!
