shane could to codify a side quest with the scanner, to give it to npc and that npc give us some object like the evolution items of clamperl, or gift us a pokemon

It kind of depends on the IV-count of the said Pokemon. You need at least 150 points in order to get it.

No, Covet/Thief work just fine, as long as you make sure your Poké doesn't hold any item (and the wild poké's item will be transfered to your Covet/Thief poké, not into your backpack (it was the case a while ago but not anymore))

Greetings, PRO players!
With some heavy heart I got to announce that I will officially step down and take my leave. I had great fun helping and chatting with you guys, these past months have been pure pleasure. Sadly, things come to an end.
I enjoyed playing PRO more than I ever imagined, you guys are nothing but awesome. Maybe we will see in another game, who knows.
