I have the same issue, tried to reinstall and so, but it doesnt work. I tried closing and opening the launcher as the forum says, but it doesnt work.

Seems that there are a lot of player with the same issue. I hope the staff can tell us something about this soon :(

I have the same error, I entered the museum before Brock's gym and boom, bugged.
