Iamblue

I acquired Horsea in Vermillion by fishing using a GOOD ROD. I surfed and I didn't get any Horsea, while in the Pokemap which shows all the pokemons, there was no ROD symbol next to horsea. I am sure that I caught horsea through a GOOD ROD. So, can the developers check if the Horsea icon in the Pokemap in vermillion is wrong?
