I have xp my Budew to increase happiness to 255. Then I waited for the day to do increase from one level ! And nothing happened ! (Sorry I'm french and my english is really bad) What have you already tried to solve the problem? Yes I brought up my Budew 2 levels. Level 17-18; and 18-19. It is mounted level, THE DAY, and with happiness to 255.
