i have a problem with my gligar. it is lv 100 cause idk how to evolve it. now i cant more do it cause it cant give much experience. is possible to do something? maybe staff could make it lv 99 again? i hope to have some help :((((

hi, my eevee has evolved at lv 23 in sylveon so it couldn't learn draining kiss move. i tried with the man in saffron for example, but there was not the move on the list. is possible to introduce the move in the game?
