You might have experienced some ghost queue, which means you're in queue but your current position won't show ^^ Another reason for your issue could be your connection dropping during the queue time (which is quite long during these days), is your internet connection stable? my internet is stable and it is connected now but it take so long for it

Can create new server for new player ?

Unluckily a new server won't be coming any time soon, the queue time has increased even because of the period of the year (summer holidays) ^^ T^T everytime i log in has 800 in queue -
