64-bit, and using that game version. Which OS (Operating System) of Windows are you using? Windows 7, 8, 10? Try using the 32-bit client, report any changes you experience to me please. 10, but ok, im gonna try using the 32 bit version.

What version of Microsoft are you using? Also, did you try using the 32-bit or 64-bit client (dependent on the one you're using) ? 64-bit, and using that game version.
