I cannot log in says "user already logged in" can a member of staff do /kick kempo, forcing him to log out so I can play again....thank you for your time

Hello, i was wondering if there was anyway of getting my gastly to evolve because its at lvl 100(misclicked no), and I've been grinding for 2 nights nonstop. Maybe trade it for haunter or another high lvl gastly, because im frustrated atm.
