  1. thanks anyway but this is not the solution for my problem. ( i tried ) Did you delete the old files before redownloading the client? yeah i deleted the old files before. So i just wait for the next patch and i should be ok? thanks a lot for the help :)

  4. no im new to the game and nobody could have played on my computer without my permission so....... i also tried to remove my firewalls but it did nothing for my problem. thanks anyway ^^

PRO Username: Zalthors Have you looked at the FAQ to solve your issue?: Yes On which server issue happened: RED What have you done before the problem was there? i just created my account, then download the game for Windows 64 bits What have you already tried to solve the problem? -restart the game 20 times -test my account by logging in the PRO website -restart my computer -search for an answer in the FAQ -look the server status Description and Message Hi, every time im trying to enter the game with my account on any sever ( blue and red ), it says '' can not connect to sever..'' but my account is working on your website so i dont understand why i cant log into the game sorry for the spelling mistakes, Zalthors
