Hi, So I just merged my account after not playing for a long while, I can see my old character is now on Silver. However, upon trying to login to Silver, it tells me my username/password is incorrect. I can login to Gold with the same account but it has an empty character. I've already tried to change my password and login but it wouldn't help. Thanks in advance for your help.
