  1. Sounds nice, this solution would remain in the spirit of the HM's mechanics and remove the burden of sacrificing move and team slots. It's way better than the item replacement idea. Great thinking.
  2. Not going to happen. Devs are keeping it this way because every Pokèmon game until now has had it like this, which is incredibly dumb considering how many people want this feature even in the actual titles, but it's their call so don't count on it.
  3. Either write down why, or your comment just makes no sense at all. Removing a major mechanic from Pokemon is pretty **** imo. If they started to tear down every single mechanic from Pokemon, then it would be easier to create a different game that is not related to Pokemon in anyway. I don't find it to be a major mechanic from Pokémon, and either way the alternative I proposed doesn't change anything gameplay wise, you're still pressing a button to cut trees, surf or whatever, except you're using a separate item and not an HM on your Pokèmon. But again, this doesn't change anything mechanically. The pro is that you don't have to waste move slots on your Pokémon (because Cut and many other aren't strong moves for end game) or team slots for Pokèmon that are just move holders. With items there are no sacrifices to your team, you can keep whatever moveset you like and whatever team you like.

  5. I'm just replying to say you completely missed my point. Like, my point went to the left and you took a dive to the right. Anyway thank you to everyone for taking the time to read my suggestion.
  6. Every player hates having to teach those garbage moves to their favorite Pokémon, such as Cut or the completely useless Flash. Having to keep a Pokémon in the party just for those moves is also a pain. A good idea would be to give the player objects instead, like a chainsaw to cut trees, a torch to light up caves or a raft to surf.
  7. But what if a Pokémon or key item disappears? You "refund" that right?
  8. Where can I find it to evolve my Pikachu? Thanks.
  9. Try pressing Alt+Enter as soon as the program opens and let it load.
  10. Just press Alt+Enter as soon as you boot pro, then let it finish loading and you'll have the proper resolution. From there on it'll stay fixed.
  11. Quick question, are the 24 hours real time hours or Poké Time hours? Thanks.
  12. No honestly, from the title I thought it was a guide on how to progress through the story of Kanto, a bit misleading. Thanks.
  13. Does somebody know many Pokémon are in this game? I've seen the Wiki but there are only a handful listed. Thanks a bunch.
  14. Yeah I had a hard time trying to find a spot today, glad to see the numbers rising.
  15. Are there any plans on increasing the number of people that the server can host? Is it even possible, or would that require a secondary separate server?
