  1. Is there any way I can contact support to reset the usernames I had entered or to change the e-mail they send the confirmation for those usernames to ? Hi there, the username account not confirm email within 7 days will be deleted. So if you want same username, you can try it after 7 days. Sorry for your inconvenience. I will recommend you use Gmail as best solution. Ah, OK, thank you for this information, & yes, I see Gmail is recommended most.

  3. Have you looked at the FAQ to solve your issue?: Yes On which server issue happened: None What have you done before the problem was there? Tried to create an account, which did not receive an e-mail as well. So i retry, & make sure i did not mess up e-mail. What have you already tried to solve the problem? Refresh e-mail, look in FAQ, enter in this support ticket . . . Description and Message E-mail at yahoo.co.jp is not receiving confirmation e-mails. I did not read the E-mail Issues FAQ post until after my 2 attempts. Now i can not use them as they are registered, but i can not log in with them either as they are not confirmed due to not receiving confirmation e-mail. Is sending an e-mail to other e-mail provider an issue ? I receive e-mails on my yahoo.co.jp from various e-mail users fine usually. [ gmail, yahoo.com, ect. ] Is there any way the names can be reset or I can receive the confirmation e-mails ? :thanks:
