I have already merged and chose my old red server as my main, and im still unable to log back into silver

Im coming back to this game after not playing since December 2017 and im unable to login to the server where my original main account was on. I tried changing passwords and merging the old red and blue server and im still unable to login. I was able to login onto the gold server, but it was on a fresh save. Please help
