I want to sell pokemons and receive money but I don't find any function that allows giving pokemon or money to other players. Only trade is there. Please help cuz I really need some money!

Gosh. It has just evolved right after I posted this question. THanks for answering anyways :')) -
Guys please help me. I really want to have my Budew to evolve to Roselia. I did follow the instruction and got her at 255 maximum happiness. However, nothing happened when she turned level 31 during daytime. Please help.
