I agree to the first thing about the extra damage I think it happens to every pokemon though.

We reserve the right to not accept an order. 2. No restricrions for unevolved pokemon for leveling but we only accept evolved pokemon above 50 level for leveling. For EV training we accept any evolved or unevolved pokemon above 15 level. 3. We wont level up chansey, shuckle and magikarp. 4. Payment can be received at the start of the trade, or after i return your pokemon if you are afraid. 5. We accept pokemon from all regions. 6.
