hello my name is wandershot, I'm on the silver server, I started the lugia quest, when I got to talk with the detective and the pokemon phantump appeared, it began to dawn, and he did not let me enter the tree.
after waiting for night to fall I started the quest with the child but now the detective does not appear and does not let me enter the tree, the dialogue next to the tree is: "it fells like a creppy presence around here ...."
