Yes it didnt help... However I recently tried changing video settings so that game is in fullscreen, and the game worked fine today. I will see if it continues to work!

Same thing happened to me... How do I find IRC in game? I write in Help chat but no one is answering me

I have a Mac and PC - both using the same wifi. For whatever reason the Mac gets stuck on the map loading screen but the pc does not :/
