nevermind it somehow just fixed itself

I just beat Joey and went to Hoenn, my guy is frozen and cant move. i tried escape roping and it took me to the house and now im frozen next to jirachi. I tried logging on and off numerous times. Please help Ive spent well over 60 hours on this profile and dont want to restart.
